Important Notes:

License for Forever requires an active Basic Plan (or any higher membership plan) to access the nasheed library and purchase this license. Once purchased, the license remains valid permanently, even if your membership expires later.

Mujahideen Lifetime License is intended for companies, startups, organizations, agencies, websites, mobile applications, SaaS platforms, software products and commercial advertising.

Mujahideen Monthly License grants the same permissions as the License for Forever while your subscription remains active. The license automatically expires when your subscription ends.

All licenses are non-transferable and remain subject to our Terms of Use.

Enterprise License

Community License (Open Source)

The NCN Community License is designed for approved non-commercial open source Islamic projects that wish to integrate selected NoCopyrightNasheeds catalogs into their applications or platforms. This license is granted on a case-by-case basis and is intended to support beneficial community initiatives while protecting the rights of our artists and licensors.

Important:

• Community Licenses are intended exclusively for approved non-commercial open source projects.

• Applications are reviewed individually by NoCopyrightNasheeds.

• Approval is granted at our sole discretion and submission does not guarantee acceptance.

• If your project becomes commercial in the future (including advertisements, subscriptions, paid features, sponsorships, or other monetization), you must obtain an Enterprise License before continuing to use the licensed nasheeds.

• A signed Community License Agreement will be issued upon approval.

Things to keep in mind:

When you get our license, you will be able to use our “Copyright Free” Nasheeds outside of YouTube. However, even with a proper license, some platforms may still mistakenly flag your content. This is due to differences in copyright databases and potential misidentification by their detection systems. Licensing agreements and copyright systems vary by platform. While a license ensures that you legally have the right to use the Nasheed, the platform’s automated system might still incorrectly detect it as copyrighted content, as their databases may not align with your license. In such cases, you can do the following:

1. File an Appeal: Most platforms allow you to dispute the flag by providing proof of your license.
2. Contact the Platform: Share documentation showing your right to use the content.
3. Replace the Audio: If the flag is not resolved, consider replacing the audio with a different track.

Licensing Terms:

By acquiring a license for nasheeds on our platform, users agree to abide by the terms outlined in the licensing agreement, which is provided at the time of purchase. Users do not own the nasheeds but are granted the rights to use them for specific purposes. All intellectual property rights remain with the original artists.
